1 bowls chana dal
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli
1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chop coriander
2 nos sliced onion
2 cups oil for frying
Directions
Take a chana dal wash and soaked for 6 hours.
After soaked water drain and coarsely grind without water.
After 10 minutes add all ingredients mix and make a solid batter.
Take a wok add oil then oil heat.
Take a chana dal batter and make a kababs in your finger tips and fry in hot oil.
Then both sides crisp kababs and enjoy with any ketchup or dip.
