Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowls chana dal


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli


  • 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp chop coriander


  • 2 nos sliced onion


  • 2 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • Take a chana dal wash and soaked for 6 hours.
  • After soaked water drain and coarsely grind without water.
  • After 10 minutes add all ingredients mix and make a solid batter.
  • Take a wok add oil then oil heat.
  • Take a chana dal batter and make a kababs in your finger tips and fry in hot oil.
  • Then both sides crisp kababs and enjoy with any ketchup or dip.
